This class is suitable for beginners AND those who have been doing Yoga for a while.
Class format: We begin with a full warm up to get you loosened up and ready for Yoga. Then, I explain and demonstrate each Yoga posture and help you if required. Relaxation is at the end and lasts approximately 10 minutes. I encourage any questions to make your experience a positive one. If there is a posture you can’t do, that’s ok, I will always be able to suggest an alternative. My classes are warm and welcoming, informative and fun.
What to bring: Yoga mat (if you don’t have one, ring me and I’ll bring a spare), Blanket (for relaxation), Water. Wear loose comfy clothes
Parking: Free parking is available either in front of the building or at the back, by the school
Fees: £5 for your first trial session. After this, pay per term e.g. £35 for 7 weeks.
