I run friendly classes which include warm up, postures, breathwork & relaxation. I am a qualified and experienced teacher. All are welcome from absolute beginners to experienced, ages 18+.
The type of Yoga I teach is called ‘Hatha Yoga’. It is adaptable to all kinds of people, of all abilities and all ages.

My 3 year training with The British Wheel of Yoga began in 2001 and I have been teaching regularly ever since. I started my own Yoga practice over 30 years ago and have studied a variety of disciplines including Hatha, Iyengar and Desikachar.
My own personal style is to work closely with clients to encourage them to listen to their own bodies, easing gently into flexibility and release. I like to include breathwork (Prana-yama) to help get rid of tensions and stress, promoting a deep sense of relaxation and well being.
