Yoga helps to relieve many common symptoms of pregnancy e.g. Backache, muscle stiffness, sluggish digestion, high blood pressure, water retention and sleeplessness.
Yoga is a safe way of exercising your body, improving circulation and general well being.
It helps to balance the emotions and calm the mind. I can teach you breath awareness techniques, which can be very helpful in labour. These help to focus, calm the mind, stay more centred and in control.
I teach Pregnancy Yoga in the comfort of your own home, either 1-1 tuition or in small groups of up to 3 women. This personal approach ensures you receive only the very best of quality teaching, which you deserve at such a special time in your life. This is also a time to share feelings, ask questions, advice, discomforts, hopes and fears. It’s time for you.
