The personal attention of a 1-1 Yoga session is the most effective way to accelerate the benefits of a Yoga practice. I have over 30 years of experience, am fully qualified and insured. I am able to give you the attention you need in order to design a practice tailored to your needs.
If you have no, or little experience of Yoga, I’ll spend as much time with you as you need at the beginning. I’ll help you understand and simplify Yoga and the options open to you.
If you are an experienced Yogi and you have an idea of what you might need, we can work together to find a practice that suits you best. Progress is monitored via a structured program of feedback.
Together, we can develop a programme tailored to you and your lifestyle.

Another way to practice is with a group of friends (maximum of 4). It can be a work out and a relaxation with friends for a one-off or on a regular basis. Yoga is a low-impact way of losing weight, improving fitness and muscle tone.
